The three bay 20X28' garage/shop can shelter two vehicles and still offers one bay for the tools or to sit with friends and visit around a fire. Next is the greenhouse, raised garden bed and massive garden with tons of varieties of fruit trees for those of us who prefer to grow our own. But don't stop there because the chicken coop/run is very big and fully operational, plus another set of runs which are home to the geese, but the main one is designed large enough for the dogs and they're all fenced of course! Up on the hill is a trail cut through the trees and a developed spot for a fifth wheel to park and hook up to power and water for comfortable camping. The well and septic are still young, coming to us from 2017 and there is plenty of room if somebody wanted to build a larger home for a big family here. Red Deer Lake is very scenic and great to swim in, canoe/kayak on, sea-doo or even wind surf. The alkaline shores keep the plants from growing in it so there is a continuous beach all the way around the lake. ATVing is quite popular and there is a great trail to ride along the water on for miles. Bashaw is fifteen minutes and offers all the amenities, Ponoka is 30 and offers even more options and there are 8 different golf courses to play within a half an hour!
